Management Development Associate

Key Responsibilities:- Attend skill and knowledge workshops to develop expertise in lending, operations, administration, and business development.
- Complete e-courses to enhance knowledge and skills.
- Assist in various assigned positions to develop role awareness and mastery.
- Perform other tasks as assigned by management.
- Bachelor's degree in a business-related field with a minimum of six hours of accounting courses preferred.
- Ability to analyze loan requests.
- Strong communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to adapt to changing priorities and tasks.
- Proficiency in business-related computer programs.
