Job Title: Wealth Management Seasonal Client Associate

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Wealth Management Seasonal Client Associate to join our team. As a key member of our client service team, you will provide exceptional support to our Financial Advisors and clients, ensuring timely and accurate delivery of services.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide excellent client service by educating clients on our service and banking offerings
  • Ensure timeliness, accuracy, and completeness in client materials and support other Client Associates with following up on client and Financial Advisor requests
  • Assist in ensuring practices are in alignment with our policies and procedures to support operational excellence, protect clients, and manage risk
  • Support the identification, deepening, and maintenance of client relationships through emphasizing our offerings and promoting incorporation of banking into day-to-day practices
  • Support day-to-day team activities and needs, including covering roles in times of absence or seasonal need increases, while leading with a client-first mindset
Requirements:
  • High School Diploma / GED / Secondary School or equivalent
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant software
