Synergis is collaborating with a prominent organization that specializes in delivering innovative IoT solutions for multi-tenant and multi-family housing. We are currently seeking a Human Resources and Finance Specialist to join their expanding team. This role will play a crucial part in the organization, dedicating approximately 50% of time to human resources functions and 50% to basic financial tasks. The selected individual will support daily HR operations, providing assistance to employees at all levels and ensuring optimal performance through effective business partnerships. Additionally, this position will involve payroll processing and basic accounts receivable/accounts payable responsibilities. Key Responsibilities:
- Facilitate employee relations management.
- Promote an open-door policy to encourage communication.

- Oversee recruitment, hiring, and onboarding processes.
- Devise strategies to boost employee involvement.
- Financial Responsibilities:
- Prepare invoices for entry into financial systems.
- Create detailed statements, bills, and invoices, which may involve calculating credit terms.
- Collect necessary information to generate invoices.
- Ensure timely processing of billing and receivables.
- Address and rectify discrepancies in account records and invoices.
- Collaborate effectively with team members.
- Foster a positive workplace atmosphere.
- Embrace challenges and pursue continuous learning.
- Adapt to varying daily tasks.
- Contribute positively to the organization each day.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Finance, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in invoicing and billing, preferably using financial software.
- At least 3 years of experience in office administration or human resources.
- Strong technical, time management, and communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and familiarity with industry-specific software is advantageous.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with financial software.
- General office management experience is a plus.
Additional Information:
- This position requires onsite presence at the client's office for four days a week, with one day available for remote work.
- Authorization to work for any employer in the US is required.
