Influencer Marketing Manager

This role plays a pivotal part in the effective direction of Influencer Marketing campaigns, focusing on earned and organic gifting, as well as affiliate and supporting paid partnerships.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage earned gifting, affiliate, and paid influencer programs.
  • Collaborate closely with internal teams such as Creative, Ecommerce, and Warehouse teams.
  • Oversee ongoing Influencer and Affiliate gifting lists.
  • Partner with the Creative team to secure content sign-off and pivot when necessary.
  • Assist in influencer outreach and communications, from discovery to initial pitch to support requests.
  • Discover and pitch new Influencers to work with, staying ahead of internal deadlines while finding a breadth of new talent.
  • Coordinate influencer gifting, including gifting menu creation, product and sizing selection, order placements, and liaising with the Warehouse team for timely delivery.
  • Monitor participating influencer accounts to ensure follow-through in accordance with contract, source/tag UGC, and track influencer performance across identified KPIs.
  • Monitor the impact and report on the outcomes of gifting and paid efforts.
  • Support the Social Media team in tasks as needed.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Social Media, Communications, or Marketing (a plus).
  • 2+ years of experience in Influencer Marketing, Public Relations, or Social Media experience (fashion industry preferred).
  • Experience in researching and identifying influencers in fashion, with negotiation skills in brand partnerships (a plus).
  • Able to find the right partners that align with our brand's values, target audience, and niche.
  • Knowledge of placing P.O.s accurately and packaging gifted items with attention to detail and a personal touch.
  • Knowledge of backend for LTK, ShopMy, or other affiliate programs (a plus).
