Client Integration Specialist

Job Overview
The Client Integration Specialist plays a crucial role in delivering technical solutions and strategies that align with our clients' digital marketing goals. This includes the seamless integration of new clients onto the Epsilon PeopleCloud platform, managing the technical relationships with existing clients, implementing innovative platform features, driving automation efforts, and providing essential technical sales support.
Role Description
This position is a distinctive hybrid role that encompasses elements of a web technologist, business analyst, and solutions architect. Our Client Integration Specialists utilize their technical expertise and in-depth knowledge of the Epsilon PeopleCloud Digital Media Solutions platform to craft and execute effective strategies and solutions.

Key Responsibilities
1. Integrate leading Internet retailers into the Digital Media Solutions framework by designing, developing, implementing, and testing technical solutions that meet client and business needs.
2. Serve as the technical subject matter expert and client liaison, collaborating with internal teams to ensure the successful execution and delivery of critical client initiatives.
3. Work closely with Analytics, Account Management, Client Development, Media Managers, Studio, and Software Development teams.
4. Manage client accounts, identify opportunities for enhancements, and propose innovative solutions that align with client marketing strategies while anticipating future requirements.
5. Excel as both an individual contributor and a collaborative member of a vibrant Client Integration Team, helping to establish best practices across the organization and promoting knowledge sharing.
Travel Requirements
Occasional travel may be necessary (approximately 1-2 days per quarter).
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Management Information Systems, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
- A minimum of 4 years of experience in a technical role.
- Exceptional communication and client-facing skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
- Previous consulting experience is advantageous, as this role combines hands-on technical work with client interaction.
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to quality.
- Preferred candidates will have prior experience in digital marketing, particularly in online display advertising.
- High proficiency in web technologies and familiarity with scripting languages (JavaScript, shell, Python, HTML, SQL) is a plus.
- Strong command of SQL and practical programming experience with JavaScript.
