Provide outstanding assistance to all individuals entering the premises.

Welcome and Support:
Greet and assist clients and visitors upon their arrival, offering guidance on directions and local information.

Client Communication:
Engage professionally with clients through various communication channels to address their inquiries efficiently.

Documentation Management:
Keep precise records of interactions and issues, ensuring all documentation is thorough and organized.

Issue Resolution:
Attentively listen to client and visitor concerns, resolving issues promptly and effectively.

Security Oversight:
Monitor security systems, including surveillance and access control, ensuring compliance with security protocols.

Concierge Assistance:
Offer light concierge services, such as recommending local venues and amenities to enhance client experience.

Access Management:
Implement and uphold access control procedures as required by management.

Incident Documentation:
Accurately and promptly document incidents such as property damage or unusual occurrences.

Physical Requirements:

Must be able to stand, sit, walk, and lift up to 50 lbs, and perform foot patrols in various weather conditions as necessary.


Qualifications:

Education and Experience:
High School diploma or equivalent (GED) with a minimum of 2 years in a client service role.

Certificates and Licenses:
Ability to obtain and maintain any required certifications and licenses.

Language Proficiency:
Proficiency in English is required; bilingual skills are advantageous.

Technical Skills:
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.

Additional Requirements:
Must pass pre-employment screenings and maintain a reliable means of communication.
