About the Role:

We are seeking a skilled Recruitment Specialist to join our team at FiStaff, Inc. As a Recruitment Specialist, you will play a key role in connecting top talent with our clients' staffing needs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Recruit, interview, and screen top professionals for our clients' staffing needs.
  • Collaborate closely with hiring managers and HR representatives to grasp client requirements and fill positions efficiently.
  • Engage in high-volume outreach to attract and connect with potential candidates.
  • Develop meaningful connections with candidates and maintain regular check-ins to support their career journey.
  • Research and recommend innovative approaches to enhance our recruitment processes.

Requirements:

  • 3-5 years of recruiting experience.
  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience.
  • High level of self-motivation and a results-oriented mindset.
  • Commitment to delivering outstanding customer service.
  • Integrity and a commitment to doing the right thing.
  • Adaptability and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Teams, Outlook, and Word.
  • Experience using an Applicant Tracking System.
  • Must be located in the Houston, TX area.
