Utilities Project Coordinator

Job Title: Utilities Project Manager at Ferrovial
The Utilities Project Manager is responsible for overseeing all utility modifications related to the project. This position specifically focuses on field utility relocation tasks for essential services such as telecommunications, fiber optics, and electrical systems.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee the coordination of dry utility relocations to ensure compliance with the Design, Build, and Finance Agreement stipulations.
- Address utility conflicts in collaboration with all stakeholders to avoid disruptions to construction activities and the project timeline.
- Facilitate and engage in utility coordination meetings.
- Serve as a liaison between Utility Owners, utility relocation consultants, and relevant transportation authorities.
- Develop, coordinate, and maintain schedules for utility designs and the sequence of utility work.
- Supervise utility coordination with Utility Owners, the creation of Utility Assemblies, and the construction of utility adjustments.
- Produce reports detailing the status of all elements of the utility adjustment process.
- Collaborate with various disciplines to ensure smooth integration with the Utility Adjustment Work.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
- A minimum of 4 years of experience in coordinating utility adjustments on projects of similar complexity.
- 5 to 10 years of experience in highway, bridge, road, or runway projects as a Project Manager or Senior Project Manager.
- Advanced proficiency in Excel.
- Experience in managing budgets effectively.
