PROFESSIONAL QUALIFICATIONS:


-Advanced skills in Microsoft Office Suite (including PowerPoint, Excel, Visio) to transform data into actionable insights. Smart Sheet experience preferred.

-Experience in Agile/SCRUM methodologies, project management utilizing MS Project, and analytical skills.

-Proven project management and problem-solving capabilities. Ability to deliver results efficiently with minimal supervision; proactive approach to identifying next steps and opportunities.

  • Solution-oriented, capable of multitasking, and proven ability to collaborate effectively in a fast-paced, time-sensitive environment.
  • Demonstrated capacity to listen, comprehend information, evaluate, communicate, and work collaboratively.
  • Proven ability to design and implement project management methodologies across various delivery models.

Responsibilities:

The Employee Relations team is dedicated to enhancing, modernizing, and streamlining tools and processes for employees, customers, and partners.

In this role, the Project Coordinator will support the Employee Relations and Investigations Team.

The individual will lead significant initiatives that bolster Employee Relations while collaborating across divisions and with external partners.

The Project Coordinator will utilize strategic thinking, cross-divisional coordination, and project management skills to assist Employee Relations leaders in executing strategies, modernizing processes, and adhering to federal mandates.

This position is part of a dynamic team working closely with various Division leaders to achieve outcomes aligned with Employee Relations' short- and long-term business objectives.
