- Engage with teams to identify project scope, constraints, dependencies, and risks
- Drive communication between teams to resolve issues related to requested changes
- Support the development of cross-functional programs by creating documentation and operational processes
- Act as a liaison between cross-functional teams and the technology deployment group for desk sharing initiatives
- Monitor ongoing projects to ensure timelines are met and risks are managed
- Provide administrative support for ongoing projects and team updates
