Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee medium to large-scale Signage Projects in collaboration with General Contractors, Facility Managers, Architects, and Designers.
  • Engage with Clients, Signage Suppliers, and Installation Teams.
  • Ensure timely completion of projects.
  • Manage Client expectations effectively.
  • Collaborate closely with Sales Consultants, Project Managers, and Graphic Designers.
  • Develop a foundational understanding of wayfinding and design-build principles as they pertain to signage.

Required Qualifications:

  • Demonstrated experience in the Signage Sector,
  • including expertise in Message Schedules and Sign Location Plans.
  • Capability to estimate costs for Signage Projects.
  • Excellent communication skills with clients.
  • Negotiation skills with Suppliers.
  • Self-driven and motivated.
  • Highly organized, process-oriented, with a keen eye for detail.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with team members and partners to provide high-quality solutions.
  • Proficient in creating message schedules and location plans for Sales or Project Management teams utilizing SignAgent, Excel, Adobe InDesign, and AI.
  • Manage multiple project assignments concurrently.
