About the Role

PROMESA R.H.C.F. is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented HR Coordinator to support our Human Resources Department. As an HR Coordinator, you will be responsible for coordinating the onboarding process, managing pre-employment processes, and ensuring compliance with departmental standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate the onboarding process for new hires
  • Enroll candidates in electronic onboarding systems
  • Review and complete new hire paperwork
  • Manage background checks, reference checks, and employment verifications
  • Prepare final employee files and ensure proper filing of documents

Requirements:

  • 2+ years of experience in Human Resources, preferably in the healthcare industry
  • High School Diploma required; Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources Management or a related field preferred
  • Knowledge of HR functions, including recruiting, benefit administration, and compensation

Salary: $48,000 - $58,000 per year (estimated)
