Human Resources Assistant

**Job Overview:**
PROMESA R.H.C.F. is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Human Resources Assistant to provide administrative support to the Human Resources team.
The ideal candidate will have 3+ years of previous experience in an office setting, with a strong understanding of HR functions, including recruiting and hiring. They will possess excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, and be able to work effectively in a team environment.
The successful candidate will be responsible for a wide range of administrative duties, including coordinating employee onboarding, ensuring compliance with federal and state labor laws, and maintaining accurate records.

About the Role:
- Administrative Support: Provide administrative support to the Human Resources team, including answering phones, responding to emails, and preparing documents.
- HR Functions: Assist with HR functions, including recruiting and hiring, employee onboarding, and maintaining accurate records.
- Compliance: Ensure compliance with federal and state labor laws, including maintaining accurate records and conducting audits as needed.
- Communication: Communicate effectively with employees at all levels, handling confidential issues and information with discretion.
- Time Management: Prioritize tasks and manage time effectively to meet deadlines and ensure seamless day-to-day operations.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field preferred.
- 3+ years of previous experience in an office setting, with a strong understanding of HR functions.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
