Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Administrative Support Specialist to join our team at Williams Lea Group Limited. As a key member of our administrative team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional support to our clients and colleagues.

Key Responsibilities

• Utilize logs and tracking software to manage administrative tasks
• Assess job requests and ensure timely completion of tasks
• Provide administrative support, including answering phone calls, editing documents, and data entry
• Create reservations and schedules for meetings and events
• Manage content and assets, as well as records and research
• Support high-volume mail operations
• Troubleshoot basic software and hardware issues
• Foster a proactive environment for continuous service enhancement and relationship building

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Minimum 1 year of administrative experience in a legal, banking, or corporate environment
• Proficiency in MS Office software and strong keyboarding skills
• Familiarity with other software programs for administrative support
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously
• Good organizational skills and ability to meet deadlines
• Ability to handle sensitive and confidential documents and information
• Good problem-solving skills and ability to exercise judgment
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team
• Self-motivated with a positive attitude and proven customer service skills
