Job Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled Sales Engineer/Territory Manager to join our team at NCW. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for managing and developing a sales territory of existing customers, identifying new customers and opportunities, and developing and following a territory sales plan that aligns with growth forecasts and sales goals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and develop a sales territory of existing customers
  • Identify new customers and opportunities
  • Develop and follow a territory sales plan
  • Become knowledgeable on assigned product lines
  • Build successful internal and external customer relationships

Requirements:

  • 2-5 years of automation & controls outside sales experience with application knowledge of AC & DC Drives, PLCs, Industrial Ethernet, Sensors & Control products
  • An engineering degree is preferred
  • Strong technical and communication skills
  • Proven track record of technical know-how
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office and contact management/CRM software
