About the Job

We are seeking a highly skilled Support Center Regional Director to lead the daily operations of our support center. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing both operational and sales activities, ensuring maximum profitability and alignment with corporate objectives. Your primary focus will be on developing long-term strategies for the region, managing performance standards, and working closely with the executive team to ensure all objectives are met.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage daily operations of the support center to ensure maximum profitability and alignment with corporate objectives
  • Develop long-term strategies for the region, manage performance standards, and work closely with the executive team
  • Lead the operational and sales activities, ensuring effective execution of franchise sales and minimizing account attrition
  • Regularly interact with franchise owners and staff to foster growth and operational excellence

Requirements

  • Minimum of 3 years of management experience
  • College degree or proven professional track record in a related field
  • Experience in business planning, P&L management, or service industries (preferred)
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and mentor teams
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks
  • Strong ethics, integrity, and adherence to core company values
  • Proven ability to communicate and implement company initiatives
  • Ability to travel for meetings, trainings, and to support franchise operations
