About the Role

We are seeking a highly experienced Regional Sales Director to join our team at CRG Search. As a key member of our sales leadership team, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth and developing a high-performing sales team in your assigned region.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute a sales strategy to achieve annual revenue targets and grow the region's sales performance.
  • Recruit, train, and lead a team of sales professionals to deliver exceptional results and meet or exceed sales quotas.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify new business opportunities and develop strategic partnerships.
  • Monitor and analyze sales performance, providing coaching and guidance to team members to improve sales skills and achieve business objectives.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and retention.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in senior sales leadership with a focus on selling data, research, or analytic platforms.
  • Proven track record of managing high-performing sales teams and driving revenue growth in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong business acumen, with the ability to analyze sales data and develop effective sales strategies.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients and team members.
