Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and organized Network Real Estate Specialist to join our team at Aditi Consulting. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving project completion and site acquisition, tracking vendor performance, and ensuring compliance with all leasing, zoning, and regulatory policies.

Key Responsibilities
  • Drive project completion and site acquisition
  • Track vendor performance and ensure project trackers are updated
  • Ensure compliance with all leasing, zoning, and regulatory policies
  • Manage project budgets and prioritize tasks effectively
  • Communicate with vendors, third parties, and project team members
  • Conduct deployment calls and work with Real Estate Specialists, SAR, and law firms
  • Receive and upload real estate agreement documents into NetDocs/FUZE
  • Route real estate-related documents to sub-market management for execution
  • Communicate project status updates to Network Team, Real Estate Manager, Site Acquisition Vendors, and Law Firms
  • Update site databases with new site development dates/milestones
  • Request location codes, project numbers, and budget strings for new sites and manage budget by way of POs
  • Scan/email real estate-related documents to the Real Estate Specialist and outside vendors
  • Research and provide documentation needed for projects
  • Provide backup to other team members as needed

  • Self-starter with a strong sense of ownership and involvement
  • Ability to function efficiently and effectively in a fast-paced professional environment
  • Ability to successfully prioritize and provide accurate follow-up on all issues and correspondence
  • Ability to be detail-oriented and possess strong communication and organizational skills
  • Ability to effectively interact with all Engineering teams and maintain a high level of confidentiality
  • Ability to efficiently use tools and applications such as MS Office and Google Suite
  • Ability to learn and efficiently use tools and applications such as FUZE SPM
Desired Skills
  • Administrative assistance experience
  • Telecommunications real estate and/or property management skills
  • Familiarity with Purchase Orders/budget and driving financial responsibility
  • Project Management and Vendor Management skills
Education/Certifications
  • Bachelor's degree desired
