Job Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic Leasing Consultant to join our team at GPI Real Estate Management. The ideal candidate will have a passion for real estate, excellent communication skills, and a desire to provide exceptional customer service to prospective and current residents.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide detailed information about the property, including availability, leasing terms, and amenities to prospective residents.
  • Process rental applications, conduct background checks, and prepare lease agreements.
  • Coordinate and conduct move-in and move-out inspections to ensure a smooth transition for residents.
  • Maintain accurate records of all leasing and renewal activity to ensure compliance with company policies.
  • Assist in the planning and execution of resident events and community activities to foster a sense of community.
  • Ensure that the property is well-maintained and presents a welcoming atmosphere to prospective residents.
Qualifications
  • Previous experience in leasing, property management, or real estate is a plus.
  • Proficiency in Yardi software is preferred.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills to effectively interact with residents and colleagues.
  • Excellent organizational and time-management abilities to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
  • High level of professionalism and a positive attitude to provide exceptional customer service.
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends, as needed to accommodate resident needs.
