Job Title: Bilingual Trainer

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Bilingual Trainer to join our team at North Texas Real Estate R. As a Bilingual Trainer, you will be responsible for developing, scheduling, and delivering high-quality training courses in both English and Spanish to our members.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain accurate and up-to-date MLS training schedules, including input into the Association AMS system.
  • Conduct training courses in both English and Spanish at various locations in North Texas, including MetroTex Training facilities and on-site at broker offices.
  • Provide MLS technical phone support to MLS subscribers, responding to inquiries, interpreting MLS rules and regulations, and resolving any outstanding issues.
  • Assist members with registration and/or cancellation for MLS classes via the Association AMS system or through the online Member portal.
  • Troubleshoot MLS system issues, document and report them to the vendor, track the resolution, and communicate it to members and the department.
  • Coordinate with Senior MLS Instructor to develop newsletter articles and blogs, and act as an ambassador to the MLS by marketing and promoting MLS products, services, and training offerings.
  • Answer and respond timely to phone calls, voice mail, and email inquiries, and maintain digital record-keeping systems in accordance with company policy.

Requirements:

  • Associate's Degree (AA) or equivalent from a two-year college or technical school, or six months to one-year related experience and/or training, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Computer skills required: Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Internet Software.
  • Must be able to legally work in the United States without sponsorship.
  • Bilingual in English and Spanish, with excellent customer service skills, strong organizational skills, and ability to effectively communicate with people at all levels and from various backgrounds.
