Job Title: Bilingual Trainer

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Bilingual Trainer to join our team at North Texas Real Estate R. As a Bilingual Trainer, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality training programs to our members in both English and Spanish.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and deliver training programs for MLS-related topics in both English and Spanish.
  • Conduct training sessions in various locations in North Texas, including our training facilities and on-site at broker offices.
  • Provide technical support to MLS subscribers, responding to inquiries, interpreting MLS rules and regulations, and resolving issues.
  • Assist members with registration and cancellation for MLS classes via our Association Management System (AMS) or online Member portal.
  • Coordinate with the Senior MLS Instructor to develop newsletter articles and blogs, and promote MLS products, services, and training offerings.
Requirements:
  • Associate's degree (AA) or equivalent from a two-year college or technical school, or six months to one-year related experience and/or training.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Internet software.
  • Bilingual in English and Spanish, with excellent communication and customer service skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
