Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Bilingual Trainer to join our team at North Texas Real Estate R. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality MLS training courses in both English and Spanish, as well as providing technical support and assistance to our members.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and deliver MLS training courses, including creating and updating course materials, and converting live instruction courses to web-based products.
  • Manage and maintain an up-to-date MLS training schedule, including input into our Association AMS system.
  • Conduct training courses in various locations in North Texas, including MetroTex Training facilities and on-site at broker offices.
  • Provide MLS technical phone support to subscribers, responding to inquiries, interpreting MLS rules and regulations, and resolving issues.
  • Assist members with registration and cancellation for MLS classes via our Association AMS system or online Member portal.
  • Troubleshoot MLS system issues, document and report them to the vendor, and communicate the resolution to members and the department.
  • Coordinate with the Senior MLS Instructor to develop newsletter articles and blogs, and promote MLS products, services, and training offerings.
  • Respond to phone calls, voice mail, and email inquiries, and maintain digital record-keeping systems in accordance with company policy.
Requirements
  • Associate's Degree (AA) or equivalent from a two-year college or technical school, or six months to one-year related experience and/or training, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Internet Software.
  • Bilingual in English and Spanish, with excellent grammar, spelling, punctuation, and speaking skills.
  • Excellent customer service skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with people at all levels and from various backgrounds.
  • Strong organizational skills, with the ability to manage priorities and workflow.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with versatility, flexibility, and a willingness to work within constantly changing priorities.
