Healthcare Partnership Coordinator for the Lancaster/Hershey/Reading region
The Gift of Life Donor Program, a non-profit organization dedicated to organ and tissue recovery for life-saving transplants, is seeking a dynamic individual to enhance collaboration with healthcare facilities.
This role presents a unique opportunity for a skilled healthcare professional, educator, or marketing expert who is passionate about working alongside hospital personnel to advance the mission of the Gift of Life Donor Program in the Lancaster/Hershey/Reading, PA areas.

Key Responsibilities:
- Build and maintain professional relationships with hospital personnel, including physicians, nurses, and executive leaders, particularly in critical care and emergency settings.
- Drive positive changes in practice to enhance organ and tissue donation outcomes while adhering to established standards.
- Engage in strategic planning, effective communication, and educational initiatives to influence and motivate stakeholders.
- Ensure the Gift of Life's visibility within assigned hospitals and deliver comprehensive educational sessions for hospital staff.
- Lead both small and large group discussions and conduct thorough debriefings after clinical interactions.
- Utilize data to engage key medical professionals and foster ongoing dialogue about the donation process and improvement strategies.
Ideal Candidates Will Demonstrate:
- Strong problem-solving skills to meet marketing objectives while preserving relationships with healthcare professionals.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and schedules in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience in analyzing quantitative and qualitative data related to healthcare facilities.
- Capability to navigate organizational structures and conduct needs assessments to formulate effective strategies.
- Critical thinking skills, independence, and the ability to collaborate effectively with diverse teams.
Qualifications:
- A clinical background or a Bachelor's degree in business, education, or a healthcare-related field, along with four years of relevant experience in a healthcare setting.
- A proven track record in sales, marketing, customer relationship management, and public speaking.
