Job Description:

At RIT Solutions, Inc., we are seeking an experienced Identity Management Specialist to support our EHRM-IO IAM team. The successful candidate will provide Identity Management and analyst support, reporting to the Identity and Authentication Management workstream lead.

Key Responsibilities:
Develop overarching strategy and project plans for Identity and other IAM components.
Support partnerships and collaborations with business, system owners, development teams, federal agencies, and other joint efforts within and external to Veteran Affairs to ensure successful implementation of identity requirements for EHRM-IO.
Assist subject matter experts in identifying, analyzing, remediating, and resolving problems of systems integration and interoperability within the Identity workstream.
Track and manage EHRM patient identity requirements related to identity systems within the EHR or VA enterprise.
Participate in testing activities and provide traceability for items for discovered items, including defects, or the need for creation of new backlog items, new service requests, etc.
Coordinate with additional subject matter experts to develop, implement, and maintain project plans for identity and authentication initiatives.
Supports all program/project planning, including IMS and milestone development.
Documents meeting minutes, tracks action items, and coordinates risk development and maintenance.
Supports business case analysis and identification of alternative solutions and resulting business impacts.

Requirements:
10+ years of professional work experience
Experience managing Information Technology related projects
Well versed in life cycle and project management methodologies
Experience in tracking costs, schedule and performance progress
Able to identify and mitigate risks.
Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Systems, Business or related scientific /technical discipline or an additional 8 years of relevant experience may be substituted for degree requirements
