Job Summary:

Collabera is seeking a skilled Document Management Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for maintaining proper management of spare parts inventory to improve site reliability. This role requires strong analytical abilities, organizational skills, and excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date inventory records
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth inventory management
  • Develop and implement process improvements to increase efficiency
  • Provide reports and data to support ongoing operations

Requirements:
  • Three to five years of experience in warehousing and inventory management
  • Familiarity with Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and other software
  • Good analytical and organizational skills
  • Prior experience in spare parts/inventory management a plus

Preferred Qualifications:
  • SAP experience
  • Pallet jack operation and safety experience
