We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Business Development Sales Manager to join our team at Coca-Cola Bottling Company UNITED, Inc.
Key Responsibilities- Maximize profitability and case sales in all assigned areas
- Build and maintain relationships with internal and external customers
- Open new outlets and generate orders
- Ensure in-stock condition on all Company products
- Develop and execute account plans to maximize sales and profit
- Communicate account plans and pricing both internally and externally
- Negotiate on premise customers marketing agreements
- Prospect for new customers and merchandise stores
- Lead the call for each assigned customer and sell key initiatives
- Minimum age 18 years old
- Valid driver's license required
- Associate degree (A.A) or equivalent from two-year college or technical school
- 1 year related experience and/or training or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Ability to read, write and speak English
- Ability to maintain a neat professional appearance within Company guidelines
- Ability to maintain safety and security of Company assets
