Account Manager

At Mueller Yurgae Associates, Inc., we are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Account Executive to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and managing strategic business plans and retail services for clients and customers in the Mass Retailer Industry.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and customers to understand their business needs and goals.
- Compose and produce high-quality business correspondence, reports, and related materials to support client and customer relationships.
- Create and maintain sales reports and goal initiatives to drive business growth and success.
- Execute client and customer presentations to showcase products and services.
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and sales data to provide valuable insights and recommendations to clients and customers.
- Develop and implement annual and ongoing promotional planning to drive business growth and success.
- Maintain and collaborate with clients' promotional budgetary requirements to ensure alignment with business goals.
- Develop and design retail sales fliers for client focus items.
- Manage and develop client and customer surveys using our retail survey platform.
- Develop customer show strategy, show setup, and participation for clients.
- Organize regular client and customer meetings to discuss business needs and goals.
- Ensure contract fulfillment and meet company sales goals.
- Generate contract agreements with clients.
- Collaborate with the Marketing team to assist with presentations for client-focused meetings.
- Prioritize workload between Account Coordinators to ensure timely completion of projects.
- Coordinate with the Director of Sales to ensure optimal coverage and support for clients and customers.
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent full-time work experience in a related field.
- Work experience in the grocery or convenience store industry is preferred.
- Valid driver's license, personal vehicle, proof of insurance, and acceptable driving record.
- Initiative: Identifying what needs to be done and taking action before being asked or before the situation requires it.
- Customer Orientation: Demonstrating concern for satisfying clients' and customers' needs.
- Communication: Ensuring information is passed on to others who should be kept informed, expressing oneself clearly verbally and in writing, and understanding others.
- Time Management: Spending time appropriately among people and projects to ensure goals are met.
- Thoroughness: Ensuring that one's own and others' work and information are complete and accurate, carefully preparing for meetings and presentations, and following up with others to ensure agreements and commitments are fulfilled.
