We are looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to provide exceptional customer service, manage office supplies, and support our administrative team.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide best-in-class customer service to internal and external visitors
  • Manage incoming and outgoing shipments, mail, and faxes
  • Collaborate with multiple departments to maintain accurate information for US Security Services locations nationwide
  • Maintain inventory of office supplies and place orders as needed
  • Communicate maintenance and housekeeping needs to building management
  • Assist with special events or projects as needed
  • Provide support for other Administrative team members as needed
Requirements:
  • At least 21 years of age or older
  • Minimum 3 years of corporate office reception or admin experience
  • A high school diploma is required; associate degree in business, communications, or a related field is preferred
  • Must have the ability to undergo and successfully pass a background check and drug screening
