Job OverviewAs an Administrative Support Specialist with BriteSun Data Service, you will play a vital role in driving company success by performing a range of clerical and administrative tasks. Your responsibilities will include drafting correspondences, planning and scheduling appointments, and providing exceptional customer service to onsite guests. Additionally, you will be responsible for developing and implementing organized filing systems, performing tech dispatch duties, and maintaining proficiency in Microsoft Office 365. Key Responsibilities
  • Draft correspondences and other formal documents
  • Plan and schedule appointments and events
  • Greet and assist onsite guests
  • Answer inbound telephone calls
  • Develop and implement organized filing systems
  • Perform all other office tasks
  • Perform Tech dispatch duties upon request
  • Perficient with Microsoft Office 365
