Job Summary

At ICM, we are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Coordinator to join our Community Supports team. This role will be responsible for scheduling and coordinating with Direct Care Staff, as well as providing administrative support to ensure the smooth operation of our services.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and maintain employee schedules, including coordinating with staff and ensuring adequate staffing levels.
  • Provide administrative support, including data entry, record-keeping, and communication with staff and management.
  • Assist with new hire orientation and onboarding processes.
  • Collaborate with the Utilization Specialist to ensure accurate and timely submission of Prior Authorizations.
  • Perform other administrative duties as assigned.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree (preferred)
  • Minimum of one year of experience as an administrative scheduler
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities
