Job Title: Application Support Specialist

We are seeking an experienced Application Support Specialist to join our team at Syntricate Technologies. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing technical support for our production systems, with a focus on incident management, problem management, and change/release.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide technical support for production systems, including incident management, problem management, and change/release.
  • Collaborate with development and business teams to resolve technical issues.
  • Develop a deep understanding of applications and business functionality.
  • Lead discussions and collaboration with development and business teams.
  • Operate independently and help transform and mature the support organization.

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of experience in application support, preferably in a senior technical role.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Experience with ITIL based functions, including incident management, problem management, and change/release.
  • Strong understanding of cloud fundamentals, including GCP and Azure.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience supporting an enterprise-level environment.
  • Strong verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
  • 3+ years of SQL experience.
  • Ability to manage initiatives involving process improvements.
