Job Title: Territory Account Manager

Estimated Salary: $55,000 - $75,000 per year

Job Overview:

We are seeking a highly motivated Territory Account Manager to join our team. As a manager, you will be responsible for servicing and selling to retail accounts within an assigned territory. This role includes a company car and full benefits.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Serves as brand ambassador and face of Wells to customers and consumers, developing strong relationships with store personnel and customers.
  • Creates and executes plans to drive sales, increase customer satisfaction, and improve market share.
  • Maintains full distribution on existing SKUs and ensures placement of new items on shelf based on approved planogram.
  • Ensures accurate and timely database entries, reporting, recaps, expense reports, store audit information, and other ad hoc requests.
  • Collaborates with cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives.

Essential Qualifications:

  • High School Diploma or GED or equivalent experience required.
  • 1-3 years of sales experience.
  • Must maintain current and valid driver's license.
  • Daytime Travel approximately 25%, with the possibility of an occasional overnight stay.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Demonstrated time management skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks.
