Job Details: The Cardiva Account Manager/Territory Manager will be responsible for executing the strategic and operational plan as directed by the Chief Commercial Officer and Regional Sales Director. This includes representing our products to new and existing customers, achieving sales expectations/quota for an assigned territory, and developing and executing territory business plans in a quarterly quota-based system.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Drives Territory Growth: Focuses on territory growth, including new account targeting, cultivation, and launch planning.
  • Develops Territory Business Plans: Implements sales strategies determined by relevant factors, existing and potential factors.
  • Directs Training and Education: Plans and directs training and education for account launches.
  • Presents Performance Guarantees: Demonstrates proficiency in presenting and implementing Performance Guarantees in key accounts and follows up with Quarterly Business Reviews.
  • Transfers Account Knowledge: Transfers account knowledge and other requested information to the leadership team on a regular basis.
  • Compliance: Accountable for compliance with Company policy and procedures, the Quality System, and other regulatory requirements.
  • Clinical Specialist Collaboration: Collaborates and coordinates clinical specialist(s) and aligns the team around the business plan.
  • Clinical and Economic Presentations: Makes clinical and economic presentations to customers, committee members, and relevant staff.
  • Customer Relationships: Builds and maintains solid customer relationships, including KOL cultivation and maintenance.
  • Company Standards: Maintains company standards involving ethical and moral character and represents the company with the highest professional standards.
  • Product Knowledge: Develops relationships with hospital administrative staff and develops and executes corporate contracts where appropriate. Demonstrates outstanding product knowledge and imparts this knowledge to the broader organization.
