Position Overview:
This role is pivotal in overseeing all financial dimensions of the Cobb business unit, valued at 600 million. The Chief Financial Officer will provide strategic guidance and financial stewardship to the global Cobb organization, ensuring the achievement of financial and operational objectives.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Collaborate with business leaders to manage and achieve financial targets for the Cobb operations.
2. Guarantee timely and precise reporting and analysis of financial outcomes and trends.
3. Offer financial oversight in the formulation of the Strategic Plan and Annual Operating Plan.
4. Ensure effective tracking and reporting of international expenditures, including monthly and quarterly analyses for external audit partners.
5. Lead and develop a high-performing team of fifty-four finance professionals across various regions, fostering engagement with business teams to enhance value creation.
6. Supervise the domestic Purchasing Sourcing group to ensure spending transparency and implement efficient sourcing strategies.
7. Manage monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reporting processes, including communication of financial insights to leadership.
8. Provide analytical support for quarterly and annual investor communications, including 10Q and 10K reports.
9. Establish and enforce financial policies, procedures, and internal controls.
10. Drive change initiatives and process enhancements.
11. Maintain robust systems to ensure the integrity of financial data in compliance with regulatory standards.
12. Benchmark financial processes and develop improvement plans to achieve top-tier performance.
13. Lead financial aspects of strategic initiatives, including mergers and acquisitions.
14. Promote process improvements to enhance efficiency in accounting and finance operations.

Qualifications:
Education:
A Bachelor's degree in accounting or finance is required.
Experience:
Over 10 years of experience in accounting and finance, with prior supervisory roles.
Technical Skills:
Proficient in advanced Excel and other financial software.
Communication Skills:
Exceptional verbal and written communication abilities, capable of engaging with senior management and finance teams.
Leadership:
Responsible for supervising a team of Accounting Managers and their respective teams.
Travel Requirements:
Willingness to undertake domestic travel as needed.

Relocation assistance is available.
