Responsibilities:
  • Assist customers throughout the entire claims process, including helping them file the initial claim, following up throughout the process, and communicating with repair shops, restoration companies, and other relevant parties.
  • Provide prompt, accurate, and friendly customer service to promote successful and long-lasting customer relationships.
Qualifications:
  • Experience in claim handling is preferred.
  • Experience in managing client relationships is preferred.
  • Excellent communication skills, including written, verbal, and listening skills.
  • Able to anticipate customer needs.
  • Able to effectively relate to customers.

  • Our office is open 8:30-5:00 Monday-Friday and 9:00-12:00 Saturday.
