Job Overview

As a Branch Office Administrator at Edward Jones, you will play a critical role in supporting our financial advisors and clients. This part-time position requires strong communication and organizational skills, as well as the ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional client service and support to financial advisors and clients
  • Assist with daily operations, including scheduling appointments and managing client relationships
  • Develop and implement marketing strategies to attract new clients and promote our services
  • Collaborate with financial advisors to identify opportunities for growth and improvement
  • Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices to ensure our clients receive the highest level of service

Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred
  • 1-2 years of experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in the financial services industry
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse groups
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Proficiency in current and new office technology, including Microsoft Office and other software applications
