About the Role

Key Responsibilities
  • Identify and develop new business opportunities with healthcare clients, leveraging your network and industry expertise.
  • Work closely with internal partners to acquire new high-value relationships and grow existing ones.
  • Develop and implement tailored relationship strategies for each client, taking into account their unique needs and goals.
  • Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring that client relationships are managed to maximize opportunities for the bank while meeting their needs.
  • Collaborate with other departments, such as Treasury Management and Capital Markets, to offer comprehensive banking solutions to clients.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or Accounting, or equivalent work experience.
  • Minimum 10 years of Commercial Banking experience, with 5-10 years of relationship account management experience preferred.
  • Formalized commercial credit training or equivalent credit experience required.
  • Proven track record of partnership with investment bankers to provide strategic and capital market advice.
  • Strong business acumen, including detailed analysis, review of financial statements, and understanding of accounting principles.
  • Thorough knowledge of Commercial, Treasury Management, and alternative lending and financing options.
