Job Title: VP, Specialty Banking Relationship Manager

As a VP, Specialty Banking Relationship Manager, you will be responsible for developing new National Deposit Vertical deposit account relationships within the Legal Industry & Escrow Services while implementing comprehensive banking solutions for new and existing National Deposit Vertical account relationships.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Represent the bank in the business community and develop relationships with business owners, C-level executives, and other key stakeholders.
  • Build and maintain a list of targeted prospect profiles and execute a call plan to meet individual and team sales objectives.
  • Review and recommend deposit and treasury management products for new banking relationships.
  • Manage existing client relationships by performing periodic calls and reviews, assisting with service-related requests, and providing product and treasury management solutions.
  • Monitor market conditions and make recommendations to maintain a competitive advantage.
  • Develop and maintain comprehensive knowledge of all commercial products to facilitate cross-selling and enhance the client experience.
  • Organize and maintain key client data in the bank's CRM system.
  • Attend meetings, events, trade shows, and conferences to support sales efforts.
Qualifications:
  • Strong communication and organizational skills.
  • Excellent customer service and sales skills.
  • Basic math skills and basic phone skills, including business and sales etiquette.
  • High school education or GED.
  • Five to seven years of customer service or sales experience.
  • Five plus years of banking experience.
  • Five plus years of specific industry experience.
  • A proven track record of achieving over $20MM in new deposit production annually.
