We're seeking a skilled Commercial Banking Relationship Manager to join our team. As a key member of our commercial banking group, you'll be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with our middle market clients, providing them with tailored financial solutions to drive their business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prospect for new clients and deepen existing relationships through referrals, networking, and strategic partnerships.
  • Develop and implement business plans to achieve financial goals and qualitative measurements.
  • Collaborate with internal partners to provide holistic solutions for clients' business and personal financial goals.
  • Analyze financial information to determine the right questions to ask and make informed credit decisions.
  • Meet with clients regularly to enhance the trusted advisor relationship and ensure business needs are being met.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business or equivalent work experience.
  • Minimum of 4 years of commercial banking experience, preferably in a sales role.
  • Formalized commercial credit training or equivalent credit experience required.
  • Strong business acumen, including detailed analysis, review of financial statements, and understanding of accounting principles.
  • Ability to assess client needs, drivers of profitability, and corporate/personal life cycle optimizing financial solutions.
