Position Overview

The Marketing Coordinator will play a crucial role in supporting the creation, management, and implementation of customer marketing strategies.

You should possess exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills. The ability to juggle multiple projects and meet deadlines is essential. Anticipating challenges and balancing business needs with requests is key. Strong communication skills are necessary for effective coordination with agency partners, cross-functional teams, and senior leadership within the organization. A positive, proactive attitude is essential.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Ensure the smooth operation of the Customer Marketing team by efficiently managing administrative tasks.
  • Organize and execute the monthly marketing field call for the Facial Aesthetics division.
  • Participate in cross-functional meetings, take comprehensive notes, and provide summaries and next steps to the broader team.
  • Prepare and submit materials for medical, legal, regulatory, and compliance reviews using an online document-control system. Annotate documents and create reference texts as needed. Attend weekly steering committee meetings with key stakeholders and maintain frequent communication with materials reviewers to meet deadlines.
  • Oversee the Veeva process from start to finish for partners on the customer marketing team.
  • Identify opportunities for scheduling cross-functional meetings and manage calendar invites, ensuring all necessary participants are included.
  • Project manage promotional initiatives within the customer marketing team.
  • Maintain up-to-date message maps and customer claims; document annotations, citations, and reference materials as required.
  • Create Purchase Orders and manage invoice tracking documentation.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

  • Proficient in administrative tasks and skilled in Microsoft Office, Google Apps, and budget tracking.
  • Possesses a keen marketing sense and thrives in a dynamic environment.
  • A collaborative team player who can assist with ad hoc requests and work cross-functionally with various departments.
  • Adaptable and flexible in response to change.

Job Qualifications

Minimum qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree is required.
  • 1-3 years of marketing experience with increasing levels of responsibility.
  • Experience in pharmaceuticals, medical devices, or beauty products is advantageous.
  • Understanding of fundamental marketing strategies.
  • Excellent project management and communication abilities.
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Office and Google applications.
  • Proficiency in Illustrator and/or copywriting skills is a plus.
