As a key member of our marketing team, you will be instrumental in enhancing customer interactions and driving leads through the sales process. Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute integrated marketing campaigns, particularly through email and SMS, utilizing customer engagement platforms such as Braze and Salesforce.
  • Oversee the complete lifecycle of marketing initiatives, including content creation, audience targeting, campaign setup, testing, and launch.
  • Identify enhancements in the customer journey; segment audiences for personalized communication, delivering tailored messages to specific groups.
  • Analyze campaign performance and lead progression to make informed adjustments aimed at improving conversion rates.
  • Work closely with creative and content teams to ensure effective and cohesive campaign execution.
  • Provide regular updates and insights on campaign performance to stakeholders, using findings to inform future marketing strategies.
  • Manage campaigns and coordinate requests from cross-functional teams, serving as a lifecycle marketing expert on collaborative projects.
  • Perform additional duties and projects as assigned.
Qualifications:
  • Preferred Bachelor's Degree, with a minimum of three (3) years of experience in a related field.
  • Demonstrated expertise in marketing automation and CRM tools (e.g., Braze, Iterable, Segment, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Marketo).
  • Technical proficiency in setting up both one-time and triggered campaigns, building user journeys, audience segmentation, and performance evaluation in marketing automation platforms.

Base pay is just one component of our total compensation package and is determined within a specified range. This allows for growth as you develop within your role. The base pay for this position is between $72,000 and $93,000, influenced by individual factors such as job-related knowledge, skills, qualifications, experience, and market location.
