Key Responsibilities

  • Document and manage calls with HVAC technicians to facilitate their onboarding process.
  • Guide new members through the features of the platform, ensuring they understand how to utilize them effectively.
  • Promote community engagement through initiatives such as our Random Acts of Kindness Program, distributing thoughtful gifts to members.
  • Build and maintain relationships with various teams, including Sales, Executives, and Marketing.
  • Provide assistance with general inquiries from technicians, offering solutions and information as needed.
  • Contribute to the creation of educational content for our Support Platform and social media based on technician interactions.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to identify potential leads.
  • Support the marketing team by responding to comments and inquiries on social media platforms.
  • Monitor and reply to emails and texts with member questions.
  • Deliver exceptional and memorable first experiences with our platform.
  • Exhibit professionalism in all forms of communication, both verbal and written.
  • Foster a friendly and authentic atmosphere, ensuring a pleasant experience for all members.

Skills and Qualifications

  • Willingness to learn basic HVAC terminology to enhance communication with technicians.
  • Highly sociable, empathetic, and charismatic, with the ability to connect with diverse individuals.
  • Enjoyment in engaging with HVAC technicians and explaining platform features.
  • Comfortable spending extended periods on the phone.
  • Preferred, but not required: 1+ years of experience in customer service, sales, or account management.
  • Proficient in social media platforms and user interaction.
  • Strong computer skills and familiarity with CRM software and social media tools.
