Position Overview

The Customer Engagement Growth Strategist will lead the charge in enhancing Taco Bell's Loyalty Strategy, aiming to achieve key business and customer objectives. This role offers limitless potential: Collaborate across marketing, operations, technology, and Yum Brands to identify viable product opportunities and create a roadmap that aligns with business goals. The ideal candidate will possess a keen eye for detail and the ability to identify synergies across various projects.

The Loyalty Teams will focus on attracting new customers, converting digital users into loyalty members, and deepening customer engagement. This squad will utilize agile testing methodologies to quickly derive value from impactful initiatives, leveraging customer analytics to craft engaging experiences throughout the customer journey.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop innovative test scenarios to enhance loyalty program acquisition and retention, aligning with business objectives and technical capabilities.
  • Drive customer loyalty strategies, optimizing programs across the customer lifecycle to influence acquisition, retention, and engagement.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design targeted campaigns and conduct backlog tests using integrated media channels to boost user acquisition and retention.
  • Lead product discovery initiatives, identifying problems to solve and defining new capabilities for the product backlog to meet squad objectives through agile practices.
  • Manage and refine the prioritized backlog, ensuring cross-functional alignment based on strategic business impact.
  • Work with senior leadership to identify impactful tests and maintain a healthy pipeline of innovative ideas.
  • Facilitate stakeholder collaboration and communication, building partnerships to ensure project alignment with organizational standards.
  • Collaborate closely with solution architects and development teams to understand technological enablers and constraints for new initiatives.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience.
  • 8+ years in lifecycle marketing, growth marketing, customer acquisition, or related digital marketing roles.
  • Experience in building and executing strategic roadmaps in growth marketing, acquisition marketing, lifecycle marketing, CRM, or DTC environments.
  • Familiarity with agile methodologies and scrum practices is preferred.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to develop data-driven recommendations using structured methodologies.
  • Proven leadership capabilities in managing both direct and virtual teams, fostering collaboration.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, adept at managing stakeholder interactions.
