ROLE OVERVIEW:
As a Customer Engagement Specialist, you will serve as the primary point of contact for our clients. Your role will involve:
  • Understanding and addressing client needs while effectively communicating the value of our services.
  • Acting as a liaison between clients and various departments within the organization.
  • Managing a high volume of both inbound and outbound communications.
  • Maintaining accurate records of client interactions and activities.
  • Resolving client concerns and enhancing processes to prevent future issues.

COMPENSATION:
The starting pay for this role is $21 per hour, plus bonuses.
