Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Help Desk Support Specialist to join our team at My3Tech. As a Help Desk Support Specialist, you will be responsible for providing technical support to our clients, troubleshooting and resolving technical issues, and ensuring that our clients' systems are running smoothly.

Key Responsibilities
  • Technical Support: Provide technical support to clients via phone, email, or in-person, troubleshooting and resolving technical issues with computer systems, software, and hardware.
  • System Maintenance: Perform routine maintenance tasks on computer systems, including software updates, hardware upgrades, and system backups.
  • Problem Resolution: Identify and resolve technical issues in a timely and efficient manner, escalating complex issues to senior technical staff as needed.
  • Documentation: Maintain accurate and detailed records of technical issues, resolutions, and client interactions.
  • Communication: Communicate technical information to clients in a clear and concise manner, ensuring that clients understand the technical issues and resolutions.
Requirements
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
  • Experience: 2-5 years of experience in a help desk or technical support role.
  • Skills: Excellent technical skills, strong communication and problem-solving skills, ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Certifications: CompTIA A+ or equivalent certification.
