Lahlouh is a leading provider of end-to-end commercial print solutions. We are seeking an experienced Account Executive to join our team and drive business growth through strategic sales and account management.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify new business opportunities and develop relationships with key decision-makers.
  • Qualify and cultivate new clients, as well as maintain existing client relationships.
  • Develop and deliver sales presentations, and provide plant tours to showcase our capabilities.
  • Review print estimates and calculate pricing, ensuring accurate and complete job specifications are obtained from customers.
  • Coordinate pre-production meetings for large or non-standard projects, and ensure compliance with industry-standard requirements.
  • Conduct press checks, bindery checks, audits, and troubleshoot problems with manufacturing personnel.
  • Manage sales administrative tasks, including expense reports, credit applications, and sales forecasts.

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of commission-based selling experience in the commercial print industry.
  • College degree preferred or extensive industry experience required.
  • Strong technical understanding of graphic design, prepress, offset printing, digital printing, bindery, finishing, mailing, assembly, and fulfillment/warehousing services.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with ability to work effectively in a team environment.
  • Personal car required for job, with willingness to travel as needed to support clients and be onsite at manufacturing plants.

Compensation:

  • $60,000-$200,000 annually, with 100% commission after first year guarantee and average commissions of 7-9%.
