Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Quality Control Manager to join our team at ECC. As a Quality Control Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring that our construction projects meet the highest standards of quality and safety.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement quality control plans to ensure compliance with company standards and client requirements
  • Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress and identify potential quality issues
  • Collaborate with project teams to resolve quality-related issues and implement corrective actions
  • Manage and maintain quality control records and documentation
  • Develop and deliver training programs to enhance quality awareness and skills among project teams
  • Ensure compliance with relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards
  • Develop and maintain relationships with clients, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure quality expectations are met
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Architecture, or Engineering
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in quality control or a related field
  • Proven track record of delivering high-quality results and improving processes
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Proficiency in MS Office and other relevant software
Preferred Qualifications
  • Masters degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field
  • Professional Engineer (PE) license
  • OSHA 30 Hour Construction Certification
  • ACI Certification
  • Experience with USACE Resident Management System (RMS)
