Position Overview
The Account Coordinator is a dedicated team player that provides a wide range of support for multiple advertising clients. This role is ideal for someone who is highly organized and has excellent customer service skills.

Responsibilities
Assist in all aspects of the order process (new orders, revisions, collecting materials)
Create recaps at the end of campaigns (print, digital, & experiential)
Manage client relationships and provide exceptional client services
Assist in proposal writing and RFPs
Collect all advertisements for monthly and ancillary publications
Work as the liaison for standard digital campaigns
Create client recaps
Fact check advertisements
Assist the Marketing department with event execution
