Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Accounts Payable Administrator to join our team at Paramount Staffing. The successful candidate will be responsible for analyzing, verifying, and reconciling accounts payable records, as well as participating in the accounts payable operational activities using automated financial and procurement systems.

Key Responsibilities
  • Analyze and verify accounts payable records to ensure accuracy and compliance with PHA and HUD guidelines.
  • Participate in the planning, organization, and implementation of accounts payable operational activities.
  • Coordinate with various departments to maintain records for account payables and ensure timely payment to vendors and suppliers.
  • Review final documents in vendor close out packages for accuracy and payment to vendor.
  • Provide technical advice and support to colleagues as needed.
Requirements
  • Interpreting and applying state and Federal accounting rules and regulations, and PHA policies.
  • Reviewing and analyzing financial records and reports.
  • Establishing and maintaining effective working relationships with co-workers.
  • Operating a personal computer utilizing standard and specialized software.
  • Communicating effectively verbally and in writing.
