Key Responsibilities- Provide Exceptional Customer Service: Deliver high-quality service to all individuals by completing client requests in a timely and professional manner.
- Maintain a Safe Environment: Ensure the facility is clean, safe, and secure by utilizing conflict resolution and de-escalation skills to prevent crisis situations.
- Collect and Manage Client Data: Accurately collect, enter, and manage client data into systems of record, and respond to incidents as required.
- Support Program Development: Assist in the development and implementation of programs, and provide input on facility operations and other responsibilities.
- Collaborate with Team Members: Work collaboratively with supervisors, managers, and other staff members to achieve program goals and objectives.
- Experience Working with Low-Income Populations: Ability to work effectively with individuals experiencing homelessness, unstable housing, and/or mental illness.
- Education and Certification: High school graduate or equivalent, and ability to accurately enter data into computer systems for reporting purposes.
- Background Check: Must pass a criminal and Department of Human Services background check, if required by program license.
- Previous Experience: Minimum of one year of relevant experience in a social services or related field.
